After hearing the eighth-grade students from last year talk about going on the trip to Georgia, it has appealed to me. The students said that Clarkston had a very diverse population, with several different religious groups. This means that I would learn many ways to minister to different religions. I also heard them talk about the social time and friendship bonds the students from last year made. I feel like this would be a great experience for a first mission trip. There is a backyard Bible club and opportunities to learn simple ways to share the Gospel.
