Speakers

Roger Martin

Roger and his wife, Tammy, were pioneer churches planters in Central and South Asia for 25 years before returning to the US as trainers. They served in four different language groups and were blessed to have helped establish thriving churches in three countries. They have led ministry teams and served as area overseers in three countries, and also assisted in Bible translation work and Open Doors ministries. They raised their family overseas through high-school. During this time Roger worked as both a legitimate businessman and a highly regarded professor. Roger and Tammy now direct the Studio Internship. Studio is a community of practice where aspiring missionaries come to learn and practice the skills they’ll need to be fruitful, long-term workers overseas.

Matt Tyler

Matt (ThM, The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary) is the Lead Pastor of Bangkok City Baptist Church in Thailand, an English-speaking church planted in August 2022. He is also a missionary with Reaching and Teaching International Ministries. Matt serves as a founding board member of the Saphan Siam Foundation, a ministry dedicated to strengthening Thai churches through biblical resources. Since 2022, Matt has been a council member with the Great Commission Council, a coalition of long term missionaries dedicated to helping sending churches and mission agencies understand the greatest needs in modern missions. He and his wife, Emily, are always joyfully tired due to their three energetic and crazy boys: Samuel (6), Calvin (5), and Owen (1).

Kids Missions Festival

Come study the country of Morocco with us! We will look at what the Lord is doing through Moroccans and the missionaries who have dedicated their lives and resources to share the gospel there. Our Kids Missions Festival goes alongside our Global Impact Conference on November 15-17. All children must be registered with a parent attending Global Impact Conference.

Bible Drive

Throughout the weekend, we will be accepting new or used Bibles (excluding KJV or the Message versions) to send to English speaking countries in Africa in partnership with Training2Send. You can drop off Bibles beginning on Friday, November 15 in the Welcome Center.
