Position Summary
As part of the East Cooper Baptist staff, the Technology Support Analyst works on a team to ensure that we are serving our staff, members, and attendees with simple, secure, and effective technologies. The Technology Support Analyst will work to support and maintain technology systems across our church and school to boost efficiency in the work environment as well as meet ministry and administrative needs.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for East Cooper Baptist Church and Palmetto Christian Academy staff

Position Summary
The Rock Database Administrator is responsible for Rock RMS management, staff training, and new Rock projects and initiatives. They will also be responsible for helping to troubleshoot and problem solve tech support issues on Sundays and Wednesdays.

  • Work with BEMA for support as needed
  • Implement and maintain Rock RMS projects and initiatives
  • Work with ministries to provide new features and solutions in Rock RMS
  • Train staff to effectively use Rock RMS to empower ministry

Position Summary
The Finance Assistant will be responsible for providing financial support services for the day-to-day transactions of the church, school, and all related ministries of East Cooper Baptist Church. This position will primarily support the Finance Team and will be cross-trained on Accounts Payable and all items related to Payroll. This position is for 20 hours per week at $20 to $25 per hour based upon experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Cross-train in all aspects of Accounts Payable
  • Provide backup and assistance for Accounts Payable, to include monitoring and maintaining credit card purchases
  • Organize, file, and track financial documents

Position Summary
PCA Preschool is looking for a qualified preschool teacher (Monday through Friday) to prepare children ages 4-5 for kindergarten by easing them into the classroom setting. This position is responsible for engaging students in age-appropriate instruction, maintaining classroom routines and discipline, and communicating with parents. The goal is to contribute to the academic, spiritual, and social/emotional development of the child so they can thrive in their next level of education.

Responsibilities
  • Implement provided curriculum and create weekly lesson plans designed to meet individual student goals
  • Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, guided play, movement, etc.) to teach children
  • Provide weekly newsletter to parents
  • Supervise the activities of teaching assistant(s) and collaborate with fellow preschool teachers

The Food Services Assistant’s primary responsibilities will be as follows:
  • Ensuring that all meals are correctly prepared and are within acceptable time limits; verifying that all meals meet quality standards
  • Managing the receiving, storing, and inventory control of all perishable and non-perishable products following specific procedures and standards
  • Controlling waste and effectively managing costs
  • Maintaining a clean, healthy, and safe kitchen environment
  • Following standardized recipes, writing menus, and monitoring product costs
  • Willing to work with kitchen staff in preparing daily salads, meals, and desserts
  • Willing to work with kitchen staff to perform end-of-the-day cleaning of the kitchen
