David and Kandy tried to incorporate Christ in every aspect of their family by leading with a Christlike example. Their prayer from the beginning has been to have children who are oaks of righteousness; thankfully, their son Daniel shares how he accepted Christ through the Crosswalk ministry at ECBC. Even in times of making mistakes, the Stamps family strived to pray together and ask for forgiveness, to show that a life of perfection isn’t what’s expected, but instead, it is crucial to always be able to turn to Christ and the Scriptures to have a firm foundation to stand upon in all circumstances.
